Recurring weekly and twice-weekly service fees are billed monthly. An invoice will be sent electronically via email.

Nope! As long as we have access to the yard, you can go about your day. We will send you a text when we are on our way, and another when service has been completed.

Yes, please! For safety and efficiency, we cannot climb fences. If you'd feel more comfortable keeping it locked, please provide us with the combination or a key. If we can't access the yard, we'll have to skip the visit, but the standard fee will still apply as we'll have to double the cleanup on our next visit.

Usually, yes! We're Vermonters-- a little rain or light snow won't stop us. However, if there is extreme weather, heavy rain or large snow accumulation, we may delay your service until it's safe.

Yes, we do. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness for your yard, most new recurring services begin with a "post-melt" or "initial cleaning" service. This deep clean is required for any yard that has winter/heavy accumulation. Once we have a "clean slate," your regular weekly or twice-weekly service rate will kick in.

We love dogs (of course!), but for everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you keep your dog(s) inside while we are servicing the yard.
